Located on East Madison Street across from the Arboretum in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle. Tricoter is a colorful, creative knitting shop full of scrumptious yarns, accessories and books with a staff of passionate knitters eager to offer encouragement, inspiration and technical assistance. We provide custom knitting services as well as classes, workshops and private instruction.

Our goal is to make sure the sweaters you knit really fit! We provide custom pattern design and encourage you to come in to knit with friends and get assistance throughout your entire project.
You are welcome to join us whether you are new to knitting or rekindling an old passion. We feel incredibly lucky to be able to combine business and pleasure every day. Tricoter is located about 10 minutes east of downtown Seattle on the south side of E. Madison Street, 1/2 block east of Lake Washington Blvd. We’re on the ground floor of Arboretum Court with off-street parking in front of our shop.
