The Original Childrens Shop is an upscale specialty store that focuses on a refined and classic mix of children’s apparel and accessories. Located in Madison Park, just a block from Lake Washington, the shop provides a great destination for family shopping. Focusing on baby gifts and special occasion apparel, we carry brands such as: Florence Eiseman, Petit Bateau, Kissy Kissy, Hartstrings, Simi, and Lilly Pulitzer with sizes ranging from preemie to 14 years. Christening, communion, and wedding apparel are always available. Blankets by My Blankee, Petit Bateau, Fattamano, and Swaddle Design make wonderful gifts, as do soft, plush toys by Gund. The shop expanded in March of 2005, and now offers children’s haircuts in the rear of the shop. Please come in and we would love to help you find what you are looking for. Open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5:30pm, and Saturday 10am to 5pm. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and walk-ins are always welcome.
