The Madison Park Email Exchange (aka listserv) allows you to share ideas and news about topics important to the Madison Park neighborhood. Once you have signed up, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. Once you have done so you will recieve a welcome email with instructions for using this service.

To send email to this list simply address your email to . This will distribute your email to everyone signed up for the email exchange.
Subscription Options
As a member of this list you have two options for receiving email:
INDIVIDUAL mode will send emails to you individually at the time they are sent from the recipient. To switch to the INDIVIDUAL mode, send any message to .
DIGEST mode groups all the emails transmitted in one day into one email. To switch to the DIGEST mode, send any message to .

POLICIES
Submitting emails for inclusion in the Email Exchange means that you agree to abide by the rules listed below.
Please note that the Madison Park Community Council does not control or monitor the Email Exchange, so just like a real community you may have different opinions from other subscribers.
- You may not send information that is harmful to minors, objectionable, infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties or is in violation of federal or state law.
- You may not harass, abuse, threaten, or advocate violence against other members, individuals or groups.
- You may not email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- You understand that if you intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law that the Madison Park Community Council will report the violation to the appropriate authorities.
- You may not add members to a group without their permission.
- You may not falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such information originated. This means that you, not Madison Park Community Council or Madison Park Business Association, are entirely responsible for all information that you email, or otherwise make available via the Madison Park Email Exchange.
